TDS® (True Dimensional Sound®) technology is based primarily on compensation for the human hearing system's (HHS) inability to pick up certain sound frequencies. The "richness" of sound is typically present in lower audio frequencies, whereas "detail" is typically present in higher frequencies. Because these frequencies can be blurred and unrecognizable to the human ear, the listener is deprived of the vibrant audio range that creates the sensation of experiencing a live performance.
AR®'s Sound Enhancer is designed to compensate for this deficiency. It finds and unlocks the "hidden" audio frequencies, making them prominent so that you can enjoy music and movie soundtracks on a new level of perception.
